圆筒初清筛

TCQY系列圆筒初清筛，是我公司结合我国粮食品种实际情况而研究开发的新型筛分设备。该设备采用无轴双层圆形筛筒结构，筛筒板厚度一般2-3mm，筛板材质为锰钢，内筛板孔径20-25mm，外筛板孔径一般为5-7mm，筛筒倾角可根据物料、产量、筛净度的不同而任意调节，并带有自清理装置，筛孔不堵塞，能有效分离粮食中的大杂和小杂，产量高。其独特的中心无轴设计，有效地解决了麻绳等长条形大杂在设备中缠绕的问题。

TCQY series cylinder screen is a new type screen which developed by our company  according to the situation in our country. This equipment adopts two layer cylinder screen ,the plate material is manganess steel,thickness is 2-3mm,  the bore diameter is 20-25mm of inner plate and  5-7mm of outside plate. The angle of roll can be adjusted according to the requirement and will not be blocked  with cleaning device. Shaft less design can solve the twining problem.
